Colonel Tom A. Thomas Scholarships

- Allison Bush (second from left), of Tulsa, received the Colonel Tom A. Thomas Undergraduate Scholarship and Shelby Bigelow (second from right) was awarded the Colonel Tom A. Thomas Graduate Scholarship during East Central University's Department of Human Resources Awards and Recognition Program this past spring.
