Cory Saucier Honored at Western New England University

SPRINGFIELD, MA (07/02/2013)(readMedia)-- Cory D. Saucier of West Boylston received the Honor Graduate in Psychology Award during Baccalaureate ceremonies at Western New England University. The Honor Graduate Award is presented to the graduating senior who demonstrates the highest ideals in Psychology by virtue of their academic performance, contribution, service, and commitment to the field. Ava Kleinmann, associate professor of Psychology, presented the award.

Saucier graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science. He is a member of the Alpha Lambda Delta and Psi Chi honor societies. While at Western New England University, Saucier participated in several research projects in the fields of neuroscience, social psychology, and health psychology. He also obtained competitive research coordinator positions and presented at various conferences. In the fall, he will begin studying at Brown University working towards a master's degree in Public Health.
