MILTON , MA (03/01/2010)(readMedia)-- Curry College Theatre is pleased to announce that Plymouth resident, David Phillips Robinson, son of Pamela Phillips and David Robinson, will play the role of David in The Love Potion and is directing Forbidden Dance in the fourth annual New Plays Festival at Curry College.
Mr. Robinson a 2007 graduate of Sacred Heart High School is now a junior at the college, with a double major in philosophy and communication. David has entertained Curry Theater audiences in To See The Stars, Romeo & Juliet, Turbulence, and Scattered Sands.
The New Plays Festival, showcasing original student 5-10 minute one act plays, will run Saturday, March 6 through Monday, March 8 at 7:30 pm with an extra 4:00 pm matinee on Sunday, in the Oscar B. and Frances A. Keith Auditorium at the Academic and Performance Center on the Milton Campus, 1071 Blue Hill Avenue, Milton, MA. Tickets are $5 and are available for purchase at the door.
Curry College is a 131-year old, private, four-year, liberal arts institution located on 135 acres in Milton, MA.
