David Katz of Bala Cynwyd Participates in A Cappella Concert

CHESTERTOWN, MD (12/17/2012)(readMedia)-- Washington College is pleased to announce that David Katz '16 of Bala Cynwyd, PA recently participated in the annual WACappella Winter Concert. Founded in 2008, WACappella is the College's first and only coed a cappella group. At the concert, they performed holiday classics as well as contemporary pop favorites. Katz served as vocal percussion for the majority of the songs.
An intended computer science major, Katz is also on the men's rowing team, and is active in Hillel. He graduated from Lower Merion High School.
Founded in 1782 under the patronage of George Washington, Washington College is a private, independent college of liberal arts and sciences located in colonial Chestertown on Maryland's Eastern Shore.
