Nature of Misconduct: Disciplinary action against the physician's license by another state.

Action Taken: Dr. Allen's license is conditioned and restricted as follows:

1. She shall comply with all terms and conditions imposed on her Iowa license to practice medicine. The terms of the Iowa Order are incorporated by reference.

2. She may practice, in a locum tenens position, for up to three weeks per year without meeting with a Complaint Review Committee. If she intends to practice in Minnesota for more than three weeks per year, she shall first meet with the Committee at which time the Board may condition or restrict her license to practice medicine as deemed necessary.

3. She may petition for reinstatement of an unconditional license in Minnesota after submitting evidence that she has satisfied the terms and conditions of her Iowa Order.
