Eight Elizabethtown College students received a Distinguished Student award in the spring 2018 semester. Students were nominated by faculty and staff and must be full-time and in good standing with a minimum 3.2 grade point average.
The nominees must demonstrate an effective integration of the four strategic signature learning attributes of an Elizabethtown College education: relationship-centered learning, international and cross-cultural perspectives, real-world learning and purposeful life work. Evidence of the integration may include learning achieved through an advising or mentoring relationship, international study or cross-cultural service project, an internship experience, a campus or community leadership role, or a challenging research project.
