ESSAE to hold seminar - Moving Beyond Satisfied Members to Loyal Members

ALBANY, NY (03/24/2011)(readMedia)-- The Empire State Society of Association Executives, Inc. (ESSAE) will hold a seminar titled Moving Beyond Satisfied Members to Loyal Members for association executives and staff on Friday, April 15, 2011 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at The Hyatt Place Saratoga/Malta in Malta, New York.

Association executives will learn how to change the focus of their member surveys from measuring member satisfaction to measuring member loyalty. Results of loyalty studies are used to guide the strategic and tactical planning of the association in order to increase member retention, non-dues revenue and volunteerism. Presenter Larry J. Seibert, president/ceo of Association Metrics has a Ph.D. from Purdue University in Retail Management and an MSBA from Indiana University Northwest with a concentration in Marketing. Dr. Seibert is a member of the American Society of Association Executives and the Indiana Society of Association Executives, and the Association Forum of Chicagoland.

Association Metrics is a research and consulting firm that specializes in assessing the performance and member relationships of associations. Through a combination of assessments (performance, member loyalty, member needs, member benefits, staff), Association Metrics provides strategic and tactical solutions that enable associations to strengthen member relationships, which lead to an increase in member loyalty and member retention.
