Eastern Student Heather Cohen Presents at 11th Annual Student Research Conference and Exhibition

WILLIMANTIC, CT (05/18/2012)(readMedia)-- The School of Arts and Sciences at Eastern Connecticut State University recently held the 11th Annual Student Research Conference and Exhibition. The event featured research projects in the form of oral, poster, art, and performance presentations.

Heather Cohen '12 of Norwich, CT, was a participant. Cohen presented three art projects. "Freebird," constructed of wood, bamboo, and rope; "Chandelier," constructed of wood and metal; and "Dia de los Muertos," constructed of linoleum. Cohen's major is Visual Arts.

Eastern serves approximately 5,600 students each year on its Willimantic campus and satellite locations.
