ST. LOUIS, MO (09/27/2012)(readMedia)-- Missouri Baptist University recognized Elizabeth Kahn as the Spartan Athlete of the Week after the women's soccer goalie shut out Stephens College in a 14-0 win on Saturday. Kahn also scored her first goal of the season on a penalty kick.
Kahn is a freshman from Farmington, Mo., who is majoring in exercise science.
MBU is a member of the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) and has received the distinction of being an NAIA Champions of Character institution for the past 10 years. The Spartans compete in the American Midwest Conference.
