Elmira College Women's Basketball's Alyssa Waters Garners Empire 8 Rookie of the Week Nod

After guiding the Soaring Eagles to a 69-58 victory over Pennsylvania College of Technology, freshman guard Alyssa Waters '22 of the Elmira College women's basketball team was named the Empire 8 Conference Rookie of the Week, the conference office announced on December 10.
