Fidelis Care Names Frank Rinaldi, Senior Associate General Counsel

QUEENS, NY (11/17/2011)(readMedia)-- Fidelis Care, the New York State Catholic Health Plan, is pleased to announce that Frank Rinaldi has been named Senior Associate General Counsel. In this role, Rinaldi will have state-wide responsibility for legal matters including health care, contracting, and employment.

Before joining Fidelis Care, Rinaldi was Senior Employment and Litigation Counsel for the Metropolitan Transportation Authority, where he handled matters relating to the Metro-North Commuter Railroad. Rinaldi has also served as a prosecutor in the Brooklyn District Attorney's Office, and as an associate for the Atlanta-based law firm Alston and Bird, working from the firm's New York offices.

Rinaldi earned a B.A. in History from Hobart College, and a law degree from St. John's University School of Law. He is a member of the New York State Bar, and is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Born in Brooklyn, Rinaldi, his wife, and three children, now call Huntington home.
