Fidelis Care Names Jeffrey Schwartz Assistant Vice President, Human Resources

QUEENS, NY (06/18/2012)(readMedia)-- Fidelis Care, the New York State Catholic Health Plan, is pleased to announce that Jeffrey Schwartz has been named Assistant Vice President, Human Resources. Mr. Schwartz is responsible for employee compensation and benefits, as well as overseeing the company's human resources information system. He is based out of Fidelis Care's Rego Park (Queens) office.

Before joining Fidelis Care, Mr. Schwartz served as the Managing Partner of Schwartz Associates. He has also held compensation and benefits positions with Charles River Associates, Grant Thornton, Towers Perrin, and Ernst & Young.

Mr. Schwartz earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Connecticut, and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Illinois. He is an active member of the international human resources organization World at Work.

Mr. Schwartz was raised in Milford, CT, and now resides in Succasunna, NJ with his wife Leslie and four children.
