Fidelis Care Names Vlad Kuznetsov, Director of Financial Operations

QUEENS, NY (11/17/2011)(readMedia)-- Fidelis Care, the New York State Catholic Health Plan, is pleased to announce that Vlad Kuznetsov has been named Director of Financial Operations. In this role, Kuznetsov will have state-wide responsibility for directing the financial operations of Fidelis Care. This includes provider reimbursement, premium billing and collection, accounts payable and payroll.

Before joining Fidelis Care, Kuznetsov was the Administrator for the Department of Ophthalmology at New York Eye and Ear Infirmary Hospital.

Kuznetsov earned a B.S. as a Physician Assistant from the State University of New York's Downstate Medical Center, and an MBA in Healthcare Administration from Baruch College. He is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, a Senior Member of the Civil Air Patrol's New York Wing, and a Police Surgeon for the New York State Troopers' PBA. Born in Russia, and raised in the Ukraine, Kuznetsov, his wife, and daughter, now call Bay Ridge home.
