Fidelis Care Partners With Stevens Memorial Community Library

ATTICA, NY (11/29/2011)(readMedia)-- Fidelis Care, the New York State Catholic Health Plan, is proud to join with the Stevens Memorial Community Library to offer a Health Insurance Open House for uninsured residents of Wyoming County.

Wyoming County is home to more than 900 uninsured children under the age of 19, and nearly 3,800 uninsured adults between the ages of 19 and 64. Fidelis Care is committed to reducing these numbers and ensuring that all New Yorkers have access to affordable, quality health insurance coverage.

The Open House will run from 4:00pm until 7:00pm on Monday, December 12th at the Stevens Memorial Community Library, 146 Main Street in Attica.

Those unable to attend the Open House are encouraged to contact Fidelis Care at 1-888-343-3547 to schedule an individual consultation at a convenient time and location, including in the comfort and privacy of an applicant's home.
