Fidelis Care Partners with Margaretville Hospital

MARGARETVILLE, NY (06/22/2011)(readMedia)-- Fidelis Care is proud to join with Margaretville Hospital in hosting a series of Health Care Open Houses to help local uninsured residents apply for quality, free or low-cost health care coverage.

Fidelis Care representatives will be on site at Margaretville Hospital; 42084 State Highway 28, Margaretville, on the following dates to answer questions about health insurance options and to help eligible residents apply to enroll in Fidelis Care programs.

Tuesday, June 28, from 10:00am until 3:00pm

Tuesday, July 12, from 10:00am until 3:00pm

Tuesday, July 26, from 10:00am until 3:00pm

Tuesday, August 9, from 10:00am until 3:00pm

Tuesday, August 23, from 10:00am until 3:00pm

Fidelis Care offers free or low-cost health insurance through New York State's Child Health Plus, Family Health Plus, and Medicaid Managed Care programs. Members are covered for regular checkups, preventive care, routine screenings, hospital and emergency care, eye exams, dental care, and more.

Fidelis Care also offers a variety of benefit options for seniors through Fidelis Medicare Advantage, Dual Advantage, Medicaid Advantage Plus, and Fidelis Care at Home programs, available in select counties.

To apply for enrollment in Child Health Plus, Family Health Plus, or Medicaid Managed Care through Fidelis Care, please bring proof of age, income, and address.
