Dental Awareness Day and Health Insurance Open House to Keep Syracuse Smiling

SYRACUSE, NY (08/05/2011)(readMedia)-- Fidelis Care, the New York State Catholic Health Plan, is pleased to partner with Gideon Ochiabuto, DDS of Quality Family Dental to host a Dental Awareness Day on Monday, August 15 from noon to 4:00pm. Fidelis Care representatives will be on hand during the event to answer questions relating to Fidelis Care programs, and assist those without insurance in applying for coverage.

This free event, open to the public, will be held at the offices of Quality Family Dental, located at 4309 E. Genesee Street, Suite 1, Dewitt. Quality Family Dental offers a comprehensive range of dental services and is currently accepting new patients. The practice is conveniently located on the Centro bus line.

Fidelis Care offers free or low-cost health insurance through New York State's Child Health Plus, Family Health Plus, and Medicaid Managed Care programs. Members are covered for regular checkups, preventive care, routine screenings, hospital and emergency care, eye exams, dental care, and more.
