Fidelis Care Representatives On-site at the Franklin County Fair

MALONE, NY (07/29/2011)(readMedia)-- Fidelis Care is pleased to announce that it will participate in the Franklin County Fair that will run from August 6 through August 14 at the Franklin County Fairgrounds in Malone, NY.

Fidelis Care representatives will be on hand according to the schedule below to answer questions about health insurance programs, screen uninsured individuals for eligibility, and schedule appointments to assist individuals in applying for Fidelis Care programs.

Saturday, August 6 & Sunday, August 7; from 12:00pm until 8:00pm

Monday, August 8 through Friday, August 12; from 1:00pm until 8:00pm

Saturday, August 13 & Sunday, August 14; from 12:00pm until 8:00pm

Fidelis Care offers free or low-cost health insurance through New York State's Child Health Plus, Family Health Plus, and Medicaid Managed Care programs. Members are covered for regular checkups, preventive care, hospital and emergency care, eye exams, dental care, and more. In addition, Fidelis Care also offers a variety of benefit options for seniors through Fidelis Medicare Advantage, Dual Advantage, Medicaid Advantage Plus, and Fidelis Care at Home programs, available in certain counties.
