Food Network Host Visits SUNY Delhi Campus, Debuts Cookbook

DELHI, NY (10/17/2015)(readMedia)-- Popular Food Network host Nancy Fuller will visit the SUNY Delhi campus Tuesday, October 20, meeting with students of the college's culinary programs, as well as faculty and staff.

Fuller will offer her wisdom to students in two morning lectures and to the campus community in an afternoon presentation. She will tour Delhi's extensive hospitality facilities, including professional kitchens, an ice sculpturing lab and a contemporary conference center. Fuller will also dine at Signatures to sample the culinary delights presented by Delhi's award-winning students.

Fuller will debut her recently published cookbook Farmhouse Rules: Simple, Seasonal Meals for the Whole Family at the SUNY Delhi Campus Bookstore. She will greet fans in a book signing from 1:30 p.m.-3 p.m. and 5 p.m.-7 p.m.

Fuller's cookbook includes over 120 delicious recipes that have delighted her family for generations. Believing strongly that food brings family together, her philosophy is to feed others with simple yet tasty meals from the heart and home. Her straight-shooter approach to cooking will take the hassle out of dinner preparation. Every recipe in her cookbook helps readers make healthy, authentic cooking their daily standard. Any chef, from beginner to experienced, will learn how to cook with fresh ingredients for hearty, wholesome meals.

Nancy Fuller's cooking show is centered in her authentic 18th-century farmhouse in New York's Hudson Valley. A proud mother of six, Fuller lives the true farm-to-table lifestyle, devoting her time to thirteen grandchildren. She is also the owner of Ginsberg's Foods, a multimillion-dollar business she runs with her husband.
