Four Mile Lane Restriction Scheduled This Weekend between Butler Valley and the Pittsburgh Exits
NEW STANTON, PA (10/01/2010)(readMedia)-- Motorists on the Pennsylvania Turnpike mainline will encounter an eastbound and westbound single-lane pattern this weekend from Milepost 46 to 50 which is between Butler Valley (Exit #39) and Pittsburgh (Exit#57). Weather permitting, single-lane patterns will be in effect from 9 p.m. Fri., Oct. 1 until 11 a.m., Sun. Oct. 3.
This continuous single lane is needed for permanent median barrier work on the approach roadway to the Allegheny River Bridge.
Motorists should be aware that there is a possibility for delays Saturday afternoon.
