Gael Mallen Rivera Interned at Amazon

Gael Mallen Rivera, a senior business administration major from the Dominican Republic, spent the summer interning with Amazon as an Area Manager. In this role, he led daily warehouse operations, supervised associates, monitored productivity and safety standards, and ensured quality and performance goals were met. He also contributed to process improvement initiatives aimed at increasing operational efficiency.
