For the last 5 years the Gift For Guns Program has been a huge success in taking illegal handguns off the streets of Albany and Troy. This year any illegal handgun can be turned in no questions asked. All Albany and Troy hand guns. 100 dollar gift card to Colonie Center for every handgun or assult rifle.
