HARTSVILLE, SC (12/03/2013)(readMedia)-- The U.S. Department of State's Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs has awarded Coker College freshman Andre McMillon, a business administration major from Dillon, S.C., the Benjamin A. Gilman International Scholarship for study abroad in Costa Rica. McMillon is one of over 700 undergraduates selected to receive the scholarship.
