Glastonbury resident writes and directs feature film "Ever Last"

MADISON, NJ (02/21/2012)(readMedia)-- "Ever Last," a film by Glastonbury, CT resident and Fairleigh Dickinson University alumnus, Chris Dimoulas, will be on the big screen at the 10th Annual Garden State Film Festival, in Asbury Park, NJ, on March 25th at 2:30 p.m. Dimoulas wrote, directed, and edited the film.

"Ever Last" follows Kimberly Alves, an assistant bank manager, as she meets Wolf Sutcliff, when he robs the bank she works at. She soon learns that Sutcliff is immortal, indestructible, and can turn invisible. He has been alive for thousands of years, never understanding his powers or what is expected of him, while being forced to watch the people that he had allowed himself to love, live out their normal lives and die, leaving him alone. Sympathizing with Sutcliff's plight, Alves takes it upon herself to help him find reason and purpose for his life.

"Ever Last" features a cast and crew of over twenty FDU alumni and current students. FDU alumni filled the lead roles, both in front of the camera and behind it as directors and producers. To watch the trailer or for more information, go to EverLastFilm.com.

"Completing Ever Last as a feature film was a huge personal goal of mine," said Dimoulas. "I am so happy that my crew and I were able to realize it together. The screenplay was written and revised pretty much over the course of my entire college career and shot in only nineteen days."

Dimoulas graduated from FDU in 2011 with a BA in film. While at FDU, he acted in several student films and several plays put on by the theater department. Outside of FDU, he worked with the director of the feature film "Hello I Must Be Going" (an official selection at the 2012 Sundance Film Festival) and was the script supervisor in the feature film "Brilliant Mistakes."
