This project will address the Town's failing septic systems will no longer introduce partially treated sewage into Cuba Lake.
The Village of Cuba's wastewater collection and treatment system has been negatively impacted by worn equipment and excess flows from infiltration and inflow. The engineering report identified various deficiencies in the system, and has recommended corrective measures including the replacement of the main-line sewers and the primary pump station, 35 manholes, improvements to the clarifier and trickling filter, and other miscellaneous improvements.
