ALBANY, NY (05/18/2010)(readMedia)-- New York State Environmental Facilities Corporation (EFC) President and C.E.O. Matthew J. Driscoll, former Mayor of Syracuse, will join SUNY-ESF President Neil Murphy to tour an innovative, "green" water project in the Village of Minoa. Village of Minoa Mayor Dick Donovan will lead the tour.
