ALBANY, NY (05/18/2010)(readMedia)-- New York State Environmental Facilities Corporation (EFC) President and C.E.O. Matthew J. Driscoll, former Mayor of Syracuse, will join SUNY-ESF President Neil Murphy to tour an innovative, "green" water project in the Village of Minoa. Village of Minoa Mayor Dick Donovan will lead the tour.

EFC President and C.E.O. Matthew J. Driscoll and Mayor Dick Donovan will be available for comment and questions at 3:00pm.
