HUDSON, MA (03/23/2009)(readMedia)-- Grace-Hunt has promoted Chris Mullen to the position of Director, Microsoft Dynamics Sales & Marketing.
Mullen is responsible for growing software and services sales for Grace-Hunt's Microsoft Dynamics® SL, GP, NAV and CRM and practice areas.
Mullen brings over ten years of experience working in both technical and sales environments with the Microsoft Dynamics product line. His background includes Client Relationship Manager at Navint where he was responsible for managing client's service requests, upgrades, and new projects and at Surebridge where as Client Manager he was responsible for end-to-end client satisfaction for hosted Dynamics clients.
Mullen excels in understanding ERP and CRM related business requirements and recommending the right applications to fulfill those requirements. In addition, his vast knowledge of Microsoft ISV products allows him to recommend solutions for specialized applications.
