DANVILLE, KY (11/02/2010)(readMedia)-- Greg Brooks of Rochester Hills, a senior at Centre College in Danville, Ky., was interviewed by Norwegian television news at the Rally to Restore Sanity/Keep Fear Alive in Washington, D.C. on October 30.
The rally, hosted by Comedy Central talk show hosts Jon Stewart and Stephen Colbert, drew an estimated 215,000 people from around the world. Brooks, the president of Centre Republicans, was asked to share with viewers his reason for attending the rally, as was his counterpart, Centre College senior Abby Woehrle of Peoria, Az., president of Centre Democrats.
Brooks is the son of Dan and Sonya Brooks of Rochester Hills and is a graduate of Centerville High School.
