FROSTBURG, MD (12/07/2012)(readMedia)-- Tim Guffey of Annapolis and Mohammed Talbi of Glen Burnie recently received Bachelor of Science degrees in engineering, electrical concentration, from Frostburg State University through its program at the Arundel Mills Higher Education Center (AMIL) in Hanover, Md. This is the first graduating class for this program at AMIL.
Frostburg at AMIL offers students the ability to earn their much in-demand engineering degree without leaving Anne Arundel county. In addition, the program offers two-year community college transfer students a scholarship award of $1,250 per semester for those students who have earned a 3.0 GPA and an appropriate associate's degree.
Congratulations to Guffy and Talbi. Both students said they found the program to be "affordable and conveniently located, with awesome professors and state-of-the-art classroom labs."
