Hartwick College Softball Places 11 on Easton/NFCA All-America Scholar List

The Hartwick Hawks softball program placed 11 student-athletes on the Easton/NFCA All-America Scholar-Athlete list, continuing to make its mark both on the field and in the classroom. To earn the honor, student-athletes must maintain at least a 3.5 GPA on a 4.0 scale during the academic year. Hartwick's 11 selections mark the program's highest total since its reinstatement in 2024.

Junior infielder Ashlee Stevens, catcher Brianna Blake, and first baseman Samantha Moore headlined the group with repeat selections, continuing to set the standard as leaders both on and off the field for the young Blue and White squad. Senior outfielders Nadia Pascucci and Shelby Swartz closed out their careers with their first Easton/NFCA academic honors, adding another impressive accomplishment to their resumes. Hartwick's first-year class was also well represented, with six newcomers earning recognition in their debut collegiate seasons. Jaidan Beak, Ashley Hacker, Madison Hoerman, Bailey Hughes, Shannon Mentz, and Ava Tracia each collected their first career honors.

The Hawks were also recognized as an Empire 8 All-Academic Team after surpassing the conference's 3.2 GPA requirement. Heading into its third season since reinstatement, the program continues to emphasize academic achievement alongside success on the diamond.
