Hartwick College's Maya Lesinski Named Empire 8 Women's Volleyball Rookie of the Week

Maya Lesinski '30 of Baldwinsville, N.Y., earned the Empire 8 Women's Volleyball Rookie of the Week honor on Sept. 14, 2026. Lesinski put together a strong two-match performance for the Hawks against Union and Russell Sage. She recorded eight kills, seven digs and five service aces against Union before adding another eight kills, 10 digs and three service aces against Russell Sage.
