Hayward Native Bucky Dixon Takes Second in MIAC Discus Throw
SAINT PAUL, MN (06/12/2012)(readMedia)-- Bethel University junior Bucky Dixon of Hayward, Minn., was awarded two places in a recent Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (MIAC) team. The thrower took second place in the discus throw with 45.41m and fifth place in the hammer throw with 45.41m. Due to the winning performances of their athletes, the Royals placed fifth as a team in the meet hosted by Concordia College in Moorhead, Minn.
