Historic Preservation Tax Credit Transferability Workshop

"This proposed enhancement to our state historic tax credit will provide a greater return on New York State's investment in preservation projects across the state," said Jay DiLorenzo, President of the Preservation League of New York State.

"Allowing for direct transferability is crucial to spur interest and investment in important historic preservation projects across the state."

The workshop will take place from 1:00-4:00 p.m. on Monday, February 4th, at the Masonic Temple located at 67 Corning Pl, Albany, NY.
