ICC Student places 2nd at Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo Collegiate Judging Contest

Sophomore Illinois Central College Student Regan Fringer from Madera, California placed 2nd in Swine Judging at the 2021 Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo.
