Inter-Office Coordinating Council Meets April 2
ALBANY, NY (03/25/2009)(readMedia)-- The state Department of Mental Hygiene Inter-Office Coordinating Council (IOCC) will hold its quarterly meeting on Thursday, April 2, 2009. The IOCC includes the state Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services (OASAS), Office of Mental Health (OMH) and the Office of Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities (OMRDD).
WHEN: 1:00 a.m. - 3:00 pm, Thursday, April 2, 2009.
WHERE: Office of Mental Health, 44 Holland Avenue, Albany, New York - Eighth Floor Conference Room
WHO: OASAS Commissioner Karen M. Carpenter-Palumbo; OMH Commissioner Michael F. Hogan, and OMRDD Commissioner Diana Jones Ritter.
AGENDA: Meeting will include welcome remarks by IOCC Commissioners, action on routine consent items, reports from the Mental Hygiene Planning and Program Committee, and a discussion of OASAS Tobacco-Free Regulations - Lessons learned to date from implementation of OASAS Part 856 Tobacco-Free Services regulations, and a discussion of the recommendations of the Adolescent Committee of the Task Force on Co-Occurring Disorders.
