Inter-Office Coordinating Council Meets December 10 in Albany

ALBANY, NY (12/03/2009)(readMedia)-- The state Department of Mental Hygiene Inter-Office Coordinating Council (IOCC) will hold its quarterly meeting on Thursday, December 10. The IOCC includes the state Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services (OASAS), Office of Mental Health (OMH) and the Office of Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities (OMRDD).

WHEN: 1:00 a.m. 3:00 pm, Thursday, December 10, 2009.

WHERE: Office of Mental Health (OMH), 44 Holland Avenue, Albany, New York, 8th Floor Conference Room

WHO: OASAS Commissioner Karen M. Carpenter-Palumbo; OMH Commissioner Michael F. Hogan, and OMRDD Commissioner Diana Jones Ritter.

AGENDA: Meeting will include welcome remarks by IOCC Commissioners; Director of Community Services appointments; 2009 Annual Report update; Local Planning Update by the Mental Hygiene Planning Committee; and discussions on collaborative initiatives highlighted in the Commissioners' five year plans issued October 1, 2009; and an Ambulatory Patient Group (APG) update.
