Jack Anderson Awarded Presidential Mentoring Scholarship

OMAHA, NE (02/28/2014)(readMedia)-- Jack Anderson of Kearney, a sophomore in the College of Arts and Sciences at Creighton University, was awarded a Presidential Mentoring Scholarship of $1500.

As a governing member of Creighton's Students Union and active with the Center for Service and Justice, Anderson wants to pursue a career in public health and community development with a double major in Health Administration and Policy and Political Science – Public Policy.

The Presidential Mentoring Scholarships were initiated by the president's office at Creighton University seven years ago to encourage and develop the very best students to be competitive in applying for national and international scholarships and fellowships.
