Jacy Scharlow Named Liberty League Rookie of the Year

Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) student-athlete Jacy Scharlow has been named the Women's Track & Field Rookie of the Year, the league has announced. The freshman high jumper, who earned NCAA All-America honors last week, captured Liberty League Rookie of the Week four times.
