HUNTINGTON, IN (05/07/2013)(readMedia)-- Huntington University senior Jamon Hammel has been recognized by the Fort Wayne Chapter of Financial Executives International.
Hammel, a senior accounting and business management major from Andrews, Ind., was recognized as one of the outstanding students in the discipline of accounting and finance.
The annual student awards night was held April 22 at the Fort Wayne Hotel. There were five other students who also received the award. IPFW, Trine University, the University of Saint Francis University, Indiana Tech and Manchester University were also represented.
The FEI is the preeminent association for financial executives, providing networking, advocacy and CPE on financial management and reporting. The company provides career management, executive level and other accounting and finance jobs.
