SPRINGFIELD, MA (06/20/2011)(readMedia)-- Jeffrey T. Gaudioso of North Haven, CT, received the Hampden Bank Award, awarded to the outstanding full-time student in Accounting, during Baccalaureate ceremonies at Western New England College. John Coulter, chair of Accounting and Finance and professor of Accounting, presented the award to Gaudioso.

Graduating summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Gaudioso is a member of the Beta Alpha Psi and Alpha Lambda Delta honor societies and has been recognized in Who's Who Among Students in American Colleges and Universities. He has accepted a position with KPMG, one of the Big 4 international public accounting firms, and will pursue his Master of Science in Accounting at Western New England.
