Muthig brings a wealth of experience in community engagement, organizational leadership, and strategic communications to the statewide nonprofit, which advocates for equitable access to healthcare and stronger health systems in rural New York.
"I am honored to join the New York State Association for Rural Health and continue the vital work of advancing health equity across rural communities," said Muthig. "My vision is to build on NYSARH's strong foundation, deepen partnerships, amplify rural voices, and ensure that every community has access to quality care and the resources they need to thrive."
With a professional background that includes leadership roles in communications, higher education, and public service, Muthig has developed a reputation for building collaborative partnerships and driving mission-focused initiatives.
