Jeremy Johnson Receives Ripon College Curtis MacDougal Award

RIPON, WI (05/04/2010)(readMedia)--  Jeremy Johnson, a sophomore majoring in politics and government and communication from Galesburg, Ill., was named the recipient of the 2010 Curtis A. MacDougal Debate/Forensic Award during a ceremony held April 21, 2010 at Ripon College.

 The Curtis A. MacDougal, Class of 1923, Debate/Forensic Award recognizes an outstanding student involved in forensics. The award, established in 2003 by Patricia McDougall in memory of her father, includes a book prize and tuition credit.

 Johnson is the son of Mr. Jay Johnson of Galesburg, Ill.
