Jillian Haddow wins second place in Dolores Capitan Writing Awards at Georgia Southwestern

Georgia Southwestern State University (GSW) student Jillian Haddow of Sugar Hill, Ga. won second place in the academic writing category of the 2026 Dolores Capitan Writing Awards. The awards were presented at GSW's 2026 Academic Awards Ceremony on April 23 in Jackson Hall.
