OWENSBORO, KY (09/25/2017) The staff at SkillTrain, Ohio County's adult education provider, recently honored the memory of Jim Jollay, late husband of long-time OCTC employee Susan Jollay, with a fund established in his name.
The Jim Jollay GED Memorial Scholarship is housed in the OCTC Foundation, Inc.
