RALEIGH, N.C. (12/12/2012)(readMedia)-- The CIAA named basketball player Jordan Baber (So./Washington, D.C) of Saint Augustine's University men's newcomer of the week.
Baber, a 6-1, 170-pound guard, scored a career-high 19 points in leading the Falcons to a 101-50 victory over Barber-Scotia College on Saturday, Dec. 8. He knocked down 7 of 11 shots including 3 of 4 from three-point range. Baber had 17 points at halftime.
