Julia Griesbaum Graduates from Randolph-Macon Academy

FRONT ROYAL , VA (07/26/2012)(readMedia)-- Julia P. Griesbaum, the daughter of Horst and Karen Dodge Griesbaum of Lexington, KY and Kristine Hilton Bui of Jackson, MS, graduated from Randolph-Macon Academy in Front Royal, VA on June 2, 2012.

While a student Julia was a member of the Corps of Cadets as the Band Squadron Executive Officer. Her senior year awards included the Art Medal, the John Philip Sousa Band Award, and the Certificate of Excellence for Band Performance.

Julia will attend Murray State University in the fall.

The commencement speaker was Secretary of the Air Force Michael B. Donley.

Randolph-Macon Academy, founded in 1892, is a college-preparatory, coeducational boarding school for students in grades 6 through 12. Students in grades 9-12 participate in the Air Force Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps and have the opportunity to participate in a unique flight program. R-MA is affiliated with the United Methodist Church and is located in Front Royal, VA.
