Juneau native presents research at annual undergraduate conference

WALLA WALLA, WA (05/02/2012)(readMedia)-- Lauren Hopson of Juneau, Alaska recently presented a paper at the annual Whitman College Undergraduate Conference on Tuesday, April 10. Her presentation was titled "Early Effects of Maternal Stimulation on Attention in Low Socioeconomic Status Infants."
Hopson, the daughter of Dan and Martha Hopson, is a 2008 graduate of Juneau-Douglas High School. She is currently a psychology major at Whitman.
The undergraduate conference is an annual opportunity for Whitman students to share their research and creative projects with the community. Presentations are given by students in all disciplines.
