NEW LONDON, CT (04/15/2011)(readMedia)-- Justine Keller, a sophomore at Connecticut College, has been elected Student Government Association (SGA) chair of residential affairs for the 2011-2012 academic year.
As chair of residential affairs, Keller will oversee the House Council, which establishes a budget and oversees all financial transactions for the various dormitories on campus.
Keller, a 2009 graduate of Soleburg School, New Hope, and resident of Wrightstown, is the daughter of Chris and Jennifer Keller of Wrightstown.
The SGA considers issues and formulates policies in areas primarily or exclusively involving the student body at Connecticut College and seeks to extend channels of communication, increase areas of cooperation and foster a greater acceptance of shared responsibility between faculty, administration and students.
