Kansas Wesleyan Volleyball has ten Daktronics-NAIA Scholar Athletes

Kansas Wesleyan Volleyball saw ten student-athletes earn Daktronics-NAIA Scholar Athlete honors as the NAIA National Office announced the 2017 Daktronics-NAIA Scholar Athlete honorees.

KWU was second in the nation in total number of Scholar Athletes. Graceland had the nation's highest total with 11. Nationally, a total of 556 women's volleyball student athletes have been named as 2017 Daktronics-NAIA Scholar-Athletes.

Earning Daktronics-NAIA Scholar Athlete honors for the Coyotes included Paige Johnson, Bailey Gillig, Kelsey Plummer, Peyton Desormiers, Alleigh Weems, Aspen Lungwitz, Cassandra Martin, Morgan Beougher, Valerie Most and Jensyn Pettit.
