CHESTERTOWN, MD (04/15/2013)(readMedia)-- Washington College is pleased to announce Katie Despeaux '14 of Thurmont, MD, recently presented a paper at the Eastern Psychological Association's 119th annual conference in New York City. She co-authored a paper studying the effect of different types of background music on working memory.
Despeaux is double majoring in clinical psychology and French and minoring in art. On campus, she is the co-president of the Psychology Club and the co-chair of the Local Committee of the Service Club.
