PHILADELPHIA, PA (05/23/2012)(readMedia)-- Carol Jean Vale, SSJ, Ph.D, president of Chestnut Hill College, awarded freshman Kelly Lynn Dunlevy, a biology major from Oreland, Pa. with the Outstanding Student in Freshman Chemistry at Honors Convocation on April 29, 2012.
Each year, the Department of Chemistry and Physics recognizes a student who has shown superior achievement in their first-year chemistry studies. As part of the award, Dunlevy received a copy of "The Handbook of Chemistry and Physics."
